While doing a bit of homework from History of Photography I came across JEFF CURTO. I became instantly attracted to his work because he uses large format cameras and his work focuses on Italian architecture. Although he uses film his prints are inkjet. He scans his images in and later prints them on rag paper. Curto likes to play with layering the ancient and the contemporary. Another fun fact about him is that he attended Ansel Adams' last workshop!
Visit his website and enjoy his work.
So this blog has been created to document the progress of the projects I'll be working on for my Advance Photography class. Hopefully this semester my brain will be full of new ideas and experiences.
I came across this website during my Advance Drawing class, please take a look at it and digest all the amazing-ness presented here. It is truly something different and innovate, something we all aspire to be. What attracted me the most were the videos. TAKE A LOOK. Please tell me what you think, let me know if it blew your mind?! Because it sure did mine.
Enjoy!
